Description
The fifth international dive sites cleanup day is Sunday August 31,
2008. Divers are all invited to participate in this important day.
Diving on that day is free of charge to all NISD divers and guests.
All divers are welcome to do up to 3 dives each.
The 1st dive is at 9:00 am. Dives will be conducted until 5 p.m. We
expect to conduct 20 dives on that day.
There will be 3 boats working constantly on taking divers to the
dive sites and bringing the garbage collected from the dives back to
base.
Sukleen will be waiting to empty the boats from all the garbage
collected.
Sponsors of that event are HSBC and NISD Lebanon.
Co-sponsors are Sukleen and AlKhal Printing.
This event will be covered by all the local media.
Hopefully, there will be lots of divers participating in that great
event.
